Simulation Design and Characteristic Research of Electromagnetic Metasurface Absorber

Electromagnetic metasurface technology is one of the most promising technologies for electromagnetic energy regulation. It formed by an artificial periodic structure discrete subwavelengths at interface, allowing wavefront control and polarization subwavelength scale, exhibiting a variety special response capabilities, including abnormal beam bending, transformation, wave absorption, etc. We propose wide-angle, polarization-insensitive infrared perfect absorber made opaque gold ground layer, dielectric spacer hole-shaped patch on layer. The absorption spectrum simulated finite element method, results show that produces peak with maximum rate 99.91% half-height full width 0.52um in visible light band.
